Return & Refund Policy
1. PRODUCT RETURNS
We want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Return:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on herbal formulas, supplements, teas, tinctures, essential oils, personal care items, or any consumable products.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return:
Please email us at acupuncturetribeca@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
We’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the item(s) back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
3. SERVICE BOOKINGS (APPOINTMENTS, CLASSES, OR EVENTS)
All service sales — including acupuncture sessions, herbal consultations, classes, and workshops — are non-refundable once booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in the full session fee being charged.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the next client’s appointment.
Package Sessions:
Prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within the time frame stated at purchase.
4. EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
